How long does it take to unlock a phone?
It depends on the type of phone. Some are the same day, and some may take a couple of days or longer. If it is a jailbreak, that is usually done the same day.
Which phones do you unlock?
We unlock most Iphones and Androids including Samsung, LG and Motorola.
I forgot the password on my iphone and now its says Phone Unavailable. Can you fix this?
Yes we can. This means you will need to have your phone reset and you will have to log in with your icloud if you have one on the phone. The process usually takes about hour. We also can remove iclouds on certain iphones.
My current phone provider disconnected my phone. Can I activate my phone with you guys?
Absolutely! Bring it in and we can get you up and running. If you want us to check the phone out first before you come in, you can submit a request or call us 202.398.6090 or text us anytime at 240.630.2124.
Do you provide faxing or print services?
Yes we do! We also can print documents from your phone, scan & email, or make copies. Faxing is $2 for the first page, and $1 for each additional.
Do you activate Metropcs or Boost Mobile?
No, we do not activate Metropcs or Boost services. But we have better services available with T-mobile and Verizon! You can always switch! And always no contracts.
Do you activate Xfinity unlimited internet for home service?
Yes we do! As long as you have the connection in the wall, you can purchase a modem from us and have service the same day! Unlimited monthly is only $45+tax. You can check your address now by clicking above on Xfinity prepaid.
Can I unlock my old cell phone if I purchased it elsewhere?
Yes, we offer unlocking services for cell phones purchased from other retailers. Visit our store or contact us for more details.
Do you accept trade-ins for old cell phones?
We do not have a formal trade-in program. There are are very few that we may accept. The phone must be in good condition and working. Get in touch with our team to learn more about our trade-in program. As of May 1, 2024, we are not accepting trade-ins.
Do you provide repair services for all cell phone brands?
No, we do not repair cell phones. We do offer limited diagnosing of phones. Repairs would have to be done elsewhere however.
